Our client is an industry-leading, franchised company seeking a highly motivated AR Analyst to join their Accounting and Finance team. This role involves working through the full-cycle collections process, providing solutions, and managing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Work within the centralized billing system to manage national accounts and customer payment activity
- Conduct business-to-business collections via phone and email
- Manage customer relationships
- Track payment issues or discrepancies
Requirements
- B2B collections experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Advanced organizational skills
