About the role

The BridgeWay is a private behavioral health facility providing inpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for individuals experiencing behavioral, emotional, or addictive issues. We offer a range of services to help patients reconnect with their communities and lead productive lives.

Responsibilities

• Coverage for our Psychiatric Adult inpatient program
• Provide patient care according to established protocols and standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and prescribe medications as necessary
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Board certified or eligible in General Psychiatry
• Licensed to practice in the State of Arkansas, or ability to obtain licensure
• Own malpractice insurance for 1099 status

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Experience in inpatient psychiatric care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
