About the role

Prairie St. John's is a 132‑bed psychiatric care facility in Fargo, North Dakota, providing inpatient hospitalization, day treatment, residential treatment, and intensive outpatient services for children, adolescents, and adults. Accredited by The Joint Commission, it is the largest free‑standing behavioral health facility in the region, serving more than 4,000 patients each year. The facility recently opened a replacement building, expanding from 110 to 132 beds and adding ECT services. The opening is for a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the medical staff for inpatient services, focusing on mental health and dual diagnosis cases.

Qualifications

• North Dakota medical license, or ability to obtain one
• Board certified or board eligible in General Psychiatry
