About the role
The Neurodiversity Center of Excellence is seeking a contract neuropsychologist to support provider network development efforts. This position will be based in Bentonville, Arkansas, with occasional travel to Searcy, Arkansas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct neuropsychological evaluations to assess cognitive function and identify areas of strength and weakness
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the integration of neurodiverse providers into healthcare teams
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed for patients
- Provide training and education to healthcare providers on best practices for working with neurodiverse populations
Requirements
- PhD in Psychology or related field with a specialization in neuropsychology
- Current license to practice neuropsychology in Arkansas
- Experience conducting neuropsychological assessments
- Knowledge of neurodiversity and its impact on healthcare delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong research and data analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
