Neuropsychologist - Contract (1099) - Arkansas

About the role

The Neurodiversity Center of Excellence is seeking a contract neuropsychologist to support provider network development efforts. This position will be based in Bentonville, Arkansas and Searcy, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct neuropsychological evaluations to assess cognitive function and identify areas of strength and weakness.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop strategies for integrating neurodiversity into clinical practices.
• Develop and implement training programs for healthcare professionals on neurodiversity and neuropsychology.
• Provide consultation services to healthcare organizations on best practices for supporting individuals with neurodiversity.

Requirements

• M.D. or Ph.D. in Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology, or related field.
• Current license to practice neuropsychology in Arkansas.
• Experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between Bentonville and Searcy, Arkansas as needed.

Qualifications

• Expertise in neuropsychological assessment and intervention.
• Knowledge of neurodiversity and its impact on healthcare delivery.
• Experience with telehealth and remote consultations.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
