Give ranchers and youth an incredible experience through the swimming, boating, blob, and waterslide activities. Facilitate aquatic team building activities, oversee water safety, and even teach kids to swim for the first time! Swim, Slip, and Slide this summer! Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Oversee responsibility for all waterfront activitiesHelp train and supervise all lifeguardsMaintain waterfront equipment and inspection of the premises and equipmentOrganize waterfront staff time off and life guarding rostersOrganize and supervise all waterfront participant activities LIFEGUARD (SWOT) The Lifeguard is responsible to provide oversight of all aquatic activities and to ensure safety of all participants, volunteers, and staff pertaining to aquatics activities.
