What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of instructors and customer service professionals
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork and results
• Deliver an outstanding experience for swimmers and their families
• Support site operations, staffing, scheduling, and program growth
• Drive performance through coaching, accountability, and development
• Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for team members and guests
• Partner with leadership to achieve operational and financial goals

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience in aquatics, recreation, education, or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, professional attitude and a passion for helping others succeed
• Ability to work 2-3 evenings (2 p.m.–8:15 p.m.) and 1 weekend day (7:30 a.m.–2:15 p.m.) per week
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
