APS-3: ISSA (CTASL) Storage Supervisor

KBR maintains and manages US Army prepositioned stocks at the Army Field Support Battalion - Charleston (AFSBn-CHS) land site, including all logistics and maintenance operations. The KBR APS-3 Program is managed and executed at Goose Creek in support of the Army's power projection doctrine. The contract provides maintenance of APS-3 stocks (Class II, IIIP, IV, VII, IX) to ensure unit sets are configured and maintained at optimal readiness, along with maintenance services and logistical support for other Army programs.

Job summary

The ISSA Storage Supervisor reviews procedures regularly and revises as required, ensuring all processes are effective to meet the customer quality assurance surveillance plan. Responsibilities include briefing management and employees on PRS ratings, achieving all "met" ratings on monthly Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, completing all Contract Deliverables (CDRLs) to time and quality standards, developing training circulars and serving as primary instructor for Material Management and warehousing processes, enforcing and auditing a Material Management Program compliant with the local Quality Management System, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions, developing and submitting annual budgets with Basis of Estimate (BOE), contributing to review of Performance Work Statements and Letters of Technical Directive, evaluating and reporting areas of concern to AFSBn-CHS leadership, working overtime as required, working independently while conferring with peers, responding daily to customers and other supervisors/managers, managing facility inspections and work orders, ensuring accountability/inventory and proper utilization of government property, and maintaining accountability for all employees and functions within the department.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day CTASL Management of the AFSBn-CHS CTASL by KBR at Joint Base Charleston (JBC), including maintaining recon, updating inventory, and MROs
• Supervise and manage direct report employees conducting tasks associated with ASL Management procedures (combination of KBR and subcontract labor)
• Manage a CTASL management plan to ensure compliance with Army/DoD standards/regulations to meet schedule, quality, and cost requirements
• Conduct daily tier meetings with employees and manager
• Ensure employees have all required PPE and daily general supplies such as tools and office supplies
• Conduct causative research
• Conduct coaching and corrective actions as required for KBR employees
• Ensure timely submission of required reports, CDRLs, inventories, and supporting documentation
• Support internal and external audits, inspections, inventories, and readiness assessments
• Develop and maintain effective customer relationships supporting current and future operational requirements
• Promote and enforce KBR's Zero Harm safety culture while ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental requirements
