About the role

The APRN is a licensed independent practitioner responsible for managing and coordinating healthcare for their assigned patient population in accordance with regulatory standards and nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments
• Diagnose
• Develop care plans
• Implement treatments
• Evaluate patient progress in collaboration with the healthcare team

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Current licensure with prescriptive authority
• Specialty area certification
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications as needed
• Strong computer skills

Benefits

• 40-hour bi-weekly schedule
• Work hours from 8 am to 5 pm, including variable call coverage on weekends (Sat-Sun, 8 am – 8 pm)
