APRN Provider

About the role

The APRN is a licensed independent practitioner responsible for managing and coordinating healthcare for their assigned patient population in compliance with regulatory standards and nursing practices. They perform assessments, diagnose, develop care plans, implement treatments, and evaluate patient outcomes in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and diagnose patient conditions
• Develop and implement care plans
• Implement treatments and monitor patient progress
• Evaluate patient outcomes in collaboration with the healthcare team

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current licensure with prescriptive authority
• Specialty certification
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications as needed based on patient population
• Strong computer skills

Schedule

This position is scheduled for 40 hours bi-weekly with day shifts from 8 am to 5 pm and variable call hours on weekends.
