APRN Provider

About the role

The APRN is a licensed independent practitioner responsible for managing and coordinating healthcare for their assigned patient population in accordance with state and federal regulations and nursing standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, diagnose, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Work a day shift with work hours from 8 am to 5 pm, including variable call coverage on weekends.
• Offer 40 hours bi-weekly with strong computer skills required.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current licensure with prescriptive authority.
• Specialty certification.
• Certified in BLS, ACLS, or PALS as needed.
