APRN Provider

About the role

The APRN in the AHG PACE Providers department is a licensed independent practitioner responsible for managing and coordinating healthcare for their assigned patient population. They perform assessments, diagnose, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes in accordance with state and federal regulations and nursing standards. Clinical management is conducted collaboratively with other healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, diagnose, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members for clinical management

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current licensure with prescriptive authority
• Specialty certification
• Appropriate BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications based on patient population
• Strong Computer Skills

Benefits

• Variable call coverage on weekends
