APRN-Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care - Optional Part Time

About the role

Workforce Health provides onsite healthcare services to a diverse clientele of businesses throughout the Milwaukee metro area and eastern Wisconsin. This position offers a unique opportunity to deliver high‑quality primary care and occupational health services while collaborating with a supportive team led by an engaged Medical Director. The role operates within a large hospital system and an academic affiliation with the Medical College of Wisconsin, leveraging the resources of Froedtert & MCW Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent patient care across all ages in a primary care and occupational health setting.
• Deliver high‑quality primary care services onsite for employer‑based client populations.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Utilize resources and expertise from Froedtert & MCW Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin.
• Travel to various business locations as needed based on client demand.

Requirements

• Current APRN‑Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure.
• Family Medicine experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with patients of all ages.
• Willingness to work at multiple locations across the service area.

Work Schedule

Optional part‑time positions are available in the supported communities, including Sheboygan, Milwaukee (and surrounding metro area), and Manitowoc.
