As a key member you will have the autonomy to provide independent patient care while benefiting from the resources and expertise of a collaborative environment within a large hospital system and an academic affiliation with the Medical College of Wisconsin. Requirements

• Current APRN‑Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure.
• Family Medicine experience working independently with patients of all ages.
• Ability to provide primary care and occupational health services onsite.
• Willingness to collaborate with a Medical Director and multidisciplinary team.
• Interest in serving businesses in the Milwaukee metro area and eastern Wisconsin.

Locations

Full‑time equivalent (FTE) options are available in the following communities: Downtown Milwaukee and Milwaukee Metro Area, South Milwaukee, Sheboygan, West Bend, and Manitowoc.
