We’re currently recruiting for a Family Medicine APRN-Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Froedtert Lafayette Clinic (primary) and Germantown Health located in Milwaukee and Germantown, WI. The Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin Community Physician network is a partnership between Froedtert ThedaCare Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin supporting a shared mission of patient care, innovation, medical research, and education. Our health network operates Eastern Wisconsin's only academic medical center and adult Level I Trauma center engaged in thousands of clinical trials and studies. Requirements

• For APRN-Nurse Practitioner:
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred.
  • A master’s degree in nursing is required.
  • Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner program is required.
  • Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
  • Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing is required.
  • Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) is required.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or
