APRN – NP or Physician Assistant: Primary Care Provider – Employer Health Clinic

Froedtert ThedaCare Health – Workforce Health is transforming healthcare delivery by partnering with employers to provide convenient, high-quality onsite care that keeps workforces healthy across the Milwaukee metro area and Eastern Wisconsin. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team, offering comprehensive primary care in an employer-based setting with the support of a collaborative care team, engaged APP leadership, and the resources of an integrated health system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care services in onsite employer health clinics (must have Family Medicine experience working independently with all ages)
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
• Focus on preventive care, wellness, and population health outcomes
• Collaborate with employers to support workforce health initiatives
• Utilize evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes and engagement
• Maintain continuity of care through relationship-focused practice

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Family Medicine experience working independently with patients of all ages

Schedule

This is a 0.75 FTE position with the following weekly schedule:

• Mondays: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Wednesdays: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Fridays: 9:00 am – 7:30 pm
