Apprenticeships Development Manager, Elgin (DYW Moray)

Salary range £38,328 - £40,927 per annum. Fixed term until 31st March 2027 (covering a secondment). Full-time, 35 hours per week. Location: Elgin.

About the role

DYW Moray are looking to appoint an Apprenticeships Development Manager to develop and implement the DYW Moray apprenticeship strategy, manage employer relationships, and create new apprenticeship opportunities that meet local and regional skills needs. The role includes line management responsibilities within the DYW Moray team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement DYW Moray apprenticeship strategy
• Manage employer relationships
• Create new apprenticeship opportunities to meet local and regional skills needs
• Line management within the DYW Moray team
• Engage with stakeholders and attend events (occasional travel required)
• Deliver clear, data-driven reports

Requirements

• Degree at SCQF Level 9 in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years’ significant experience engaging with employers and promoting apprenticeships
• Strong background in workforce development and employer partnerships
• Sound understanding of apprenticeship frameworks and funding
• Proven track record in managing events
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Flexibility to accommodate employer and partner needs
