Responsibilities
- Outreach Strategy & Implementation
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns (email, webinars, phone calls, info sessions, partner networks)
- Coordinate and implement recruitment events, including virtual and in-person sessions
- Leverage partner networks (workforce boards, CBOs, state agencies) to expand reach
- Track project outreach indicators and produce reports
Employer Engagement & Partnership Development
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with employer partners across target sectors
- Conduct outreach meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective employers
- Initiate and support employers through onboarding processes (e.g., program design, agreements, enrollment steps)
- Develop and deliver virtual and in-person presentations
Aptitude Recruitment Support
- Collaborate with partners to identify and recruit qualified apprentice candidates
- Support development and dissemination of outreach materials (flyers, messaging, toolkits)
- Track outreach effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical advisors, project managers, communications, etc.)
- Coordinate outreach efforts with national and regional partners
- Ensure alignment with program goals, timelines, and grant requirements
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Track outreach activities (calls, meetings, events, leads, conversions)
- Maintain CRM or tracking systems for employer and partner engagement
- Analyze data to inform outreach strategy and report on progress toward goals
Communications, Event & Convening Support
- Inform messaging and resources to utilize in outreach efforts
- Plan and support apprenticeship information sessions, accelerators, and convenings
- Develop and deliver presentations
- Represent FHI 360 in external meetings, events, and conferences
