Job Summary

Counsels and assists trainees/appraisers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conducts appraisals of new and modified residential properties within a specified area of Valencia County to establish property values for tax purposes.
• Ensures appraisals comply with established principles, guidelines, regulations, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Valencia County Application MUST be submitted.
