Responsibilities
- Makes a high volume of outbound calls every day.
- Follows up on internet leads, event leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Contact existing customers to educate them about additional services.
- Follows up on stale proposals and previously quoted projects.
- Identifies opportunities for solar, roofing, battery storage, stucco, and window projects.
- Schedules qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Sends text messages, emails, and other follow-up communications.
- Maintains accurate notes and activity in the CRM.
- Mets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
- Communicates clearly with customers, sales reps, and management.
Requirements
- Strong phone presence and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and sales-focused attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.
- Strong tolerance for rejection and hearing “no.”
- Organized, conscientious, and detail-oriented.
- Reliable follow-through and personal accountability.
- Basic computer and CRM skills.
