Responsibilities

  • Makes a high volume of outbound calls every day.
  • Follows up on internet leads, event leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
  • Contact existing customers to educate them about additional services.
  • Follows up on stale proposals and previously quoted projects.
  • Identifies opportunities for solar, roofing, battery storage, stucco, and window projects.
  • Schedules qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Sends text messages, emails, and other follow-up communications.
  • Maintains accurate notes and activity in the CRM.
  • Mets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
  • Communicates clearly with customers, sales reps, and management.

Requirements

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and sales-focused attitude.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.
  • Strong tolerance for rejection and hearing “no.”
  • Organized, conscientious, and detail-oriented.
  • Reliable follow-through and personal accountability.
  • Basic computer and CRM skills.
