About the role

The Direct Appointment Setter / Canvasser is a key driver of Bartlett Roofing's success. This position involves canvassing assigned neighborhoods to generate homeowner interest and set qualified appointments for the sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods and generate homeowner interest door-to-door
  • Introduce Bartlett Roofing and build quick rapport with homeowners
  • Identify potential roofing needs and educate on inspection opportunities
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales teams
  • Accurately log all activity and appointments in company CRM tools
  • Represent the brand professionally in the field at all times
  • Work independently while maintaining strong communication with your team

Qualifications

  • Successful candidates should have experience in door-to-door sales, retail sales and customer service, hospitality and service industries, SDR / BDR or inside sales, construction or skilled trades, or real estate, mortgage, or insurance
  • No prior roofing experience is required. Bartlett Roofing provides the training and support needed to succeed

Benefits

  • Compensation Base: Hourly Wage: $16-$19/hr, Entry-Level: $16/hr, Experienced Appointment Setters: $18-$19/hr
  • Performance Bonuses: Earn additional bonuses for qualified appointments that complete an inspection consultation: $30 per completed appointment, $40 per completed appointment at higher performance levels, $50 per completed appointment at top performance levels

Pay

$65,000 - $105,000+ annually (based on performance)
