About the role

The Direct Appointment Setter is the first impression of our company and a key driver of our success. This position is responsible for canvassing assigned neighborhoods to generate homeowner interest and set qualified appointments for the sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods and generate homeowner interest door-to-door
  • Introduce Bartlett Roofing and build quick rapport with homeowners
  • Identify potential roofing needs and educate on inspection opportunities
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales teams
  • Accurately log all activity and appointments in company CRM tools
  • Represent the brand professionally in the field at all times
  • Work independently while maintaining strong communication with your team

Qualifications

  • No prior roofing experience required

Benefits

  • Hourly wage starting at $16/hr, with experienced appointment setters earning up to $19/hr
