Appointment Setter (Hourly + Bonuses)
About the role
The Direct Appointment Setter / Canvasser is a key driver of Bartlett Roofing's success. This position is responsible for canvassing assigned neighborhoods and generating homeowner interest door-to-door.
Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods and generate homeowner interest door-to-door
- Introduce Bartlett Roofing and build quick rapport with homeowners
- Identify potential roofing needs and educate on inspection opportunities
- Set qualified appointments for the sales teams
- Accurately log all activity and appointments in company CRM tools
- Represent the brand professionally in the field at all times
- Work independently while maintaining strong communication with your team
Requirements
Successful candidates are outgoing, motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. They prefer an active, outdoor work environment and show up consistently, taking ownership of their results.
Qualifications
- Outgoing and motivated personality
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively
- Experience in door-to-door sales, retail sales and customer service, hospitality and service industries, SDR / BDR or inside sales, construction or skilled trades, or real estate, mortgage, or insurance is not required. We provide the training and support needed to succeed.

Benefits
Compensation includes an hourly base wage of $16-$19/hr, entry-level starting at $16/hr, and experienced appointment setters earning $18-$19/hr. Additional bonuses are earned based on the number of qualified appointments that complete an inspection consultation: $30 per completed appointment, $40 per completed appointment at higher performance levels, and $50 per completed appointment at top performance levels.
Pay
Expected Earnings: $65,000 - $105,000+ annually (based on performance)
