About the role
The Direct Appointment Setter / Canvasser is a key driver of Bartlett Roofing's success. This position is responsible for canvassing assigned neighborhoods to generate homeowner interest and set qualified appointments for the sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods and generate homeowner interest door-to-door
- Introduce Bartlett Roofing and build quick rapport with homeowners
- Identify potential roofing needs and educate on inspection opportunities
- Set qualified appointments for the sales teams
- Accurately log all activity and appointments in company CRM tools
- Represent the brand professionally in the field at all times
- Work independently while maintaining strong communication with your team

Benefits
- Compensation Base: $16-$19/hr (Entry-Level), $18-$19/hr (Experienced)
