Appointment Setter

The Role

We are urgently hiring a Customer Service focused Appointment Setter to speak with homeowners and schedule free roof inspections. This role is ideal for people with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, warehouse work, restaurant server positions, receptionist roles, administrative assistant positions, or forklift operator jobs who enjoy talking with people and staying active during the workday.

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door
• Speak directly with homeowners at their homes
• Explain our free inspection service
• Schedule appointments for inspections
• Stay active and work outdoors

Compensation

This is a W-2 full-time position with hourly pay + commission + performance bonuses. First-year team members earn $40,000-$70,000. Earnings vary based on performance and consistency.

Schedule

A full-time, on-site role Monday-Saturday within 9am-7pm. No overnight travel. Team transportation provided from the office.

Requirements

• Ability to work 40 hours between 9am - 7pm, Monday-Saturday
