Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service needs
• Respond to customer questions by phone and email
• Make follow-up calls and provide project updates
• Work with other departments to support the customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes
• Complete administrative tasks as needed

Schedule

Tuesday–Thursday: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Sunday and Monday off
