We are looking for a special candidate to join our front-of-house team! This is a patient-facing, administrative role where you will work alongside our existing team of superstars to provide patients with clear, accurate, and seamless care.

About the role

You would be handling the critical details that keep our day running smoothly and respecting each patient’s unique needs and expectations for their visit.

• Patient Experience: Managing daily patient communication and optimizing the clinical schedule.
• Financial Clarity: Providing patients with complete financial information with absolute transparency and accuracy.
• Backend Logistics: Handling insurance verification and precise dental billing.

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for a rookie. We need a smart, talented, and motivated Dental Assistant who wants to move beyond the clinical rut, stretch their skills, and jump right into a high-performing culture. Experience with digital scanning and 3D printing is a major plus. Surgical experience assisting with dental implants and implant dentures is highly valued. We work exclusively with Straumann Implants to ensure our patients receive the highest-quality materials available, and by using the same manufacturer, we maintain predictable surgical protocols.
