About the role
NISC develops and implements enterprise-level and customer-facing software solutions for over 960+ utilities and broadband providers across North America. Responsibilities
- Works closely with internal and external groups to support IT infrastructure
- Supports implementation of cyber security offerings
- Maintains internal applications
- Upgrades internal servers
- Deploys security patches
- Provides technical support for both employees and members
Requirements
- Strong understanding of information security principles and practices
- Experience with network infrastructure and cybersecurity
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in relevant technologies and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- CISSP certification preferred
