Applied Behavior Technician (30-35 hours Guaranteed)

About the role

We are seeking energetic, compassionate, fun, and dedicated individuals to join our team. Our technicians work 1:1 with children aged 2 to 9 years old who have autism spectrum disorders. They implement NET and DTT, as directed by BCBAs, and facilitate play and social interaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement NET and DTT as directed by BCBAs
• Facilitate play and social interaction
• Design and conduct daily small group activities
• Work in a fun, engaging environment

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Prior experience working with ASD population preferred
• Prior experience working with children preferred
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• The ability to establish rapport with young clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of ABA principles

Pay

$18-20 w/o RBT Certification, $19-21 w RBT Certification

Schedule

Full-Time, benefit eligible, Monday-Friday 7:45-4:30p (Wednesdays till 5:30) (30-35 hours guaranteed)
