About the role
The Applications / Integration Administrator supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of system integration solutions in a classified environment. This role involves hands-on support for integrating diverse applications and systems, monitoring performance, and ensuring reliable operations in compliance with DoD and Intelligence Community security standards.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with developers, system architects, project managers, and stakeholders in a technical support role
- Aid in designing and implementing integration solutions for applications and systems
- Support development and testing of integration solutions to ensure performance, functionality, and security
- Maintain and monitor integrated systems and applications for operational stability and performance
- Resolve integration and application issues under supervision
- Support application and system updates, patches, and routine maintenance
- Document integration configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions
- Comply with established security procedures and compliance requirements
- Participate in audits, inspections, and operational reviews
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility to obtain a CI Poly
- Onsite support 90% of the time, limited travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of application systems, APIs, and middleware
- Interest in system integration, application support, and infrastructure operations
- Basic understanding of security principles and compliance standards
Preferred Certifications
- CompTIA Security+
- CompTIA A+ or Network+
- Entry-level Microsoft or Linux certification
