Assistant Center Administrator
About the role
The mission for this role is to seek influential leaders that manage daily operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency on finance/budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and overall growth, in an empathetic and compassionate manner in alignment with clinical outcomes. Our Assistant Center Administrators are passionate individuals who think outside the box, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and push the envelope to support all daily operations.
Responsibilities
- New hire orientation
- Hiring and performance assessments of all treatment center staff, except our BCBAs
- Block schedules for staff and clients a month in advance
- Evaluate and develop existing and new therapy services with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Maintain clean and well-kept facility with issues addressed within 24 hours
- Schedule management: make daily schedule adjustments as necessary
- Complete new hire onboarding within the first 3 days of employment
- Confirm accurate coding and financial metrics
- Staff development and training
- Communication with parents and staff to ensure optimal performance of centers
Requirements
- Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) background
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field or 1-3 years of experience in a related field
- Understanding P&L, AR/AP, billing disputes, and collections
- Quality customer service - outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering continuous results
- Superior organization, prioritizing, and self-motivation skills
- Flexible with a schedule to accommodate business needs
- Must be present at the center during business hours
