Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIMU) is seeking candidates for the role of Business Development Head – Executive Education on a contract basis for an initial period of two years, renewable based on performance and institutional need.
The completion of the contract period does not confer any right to further extension, regularization, or permanency at the institute. Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility conditions, as admission to any stage of the selection process is provisional and subject to confirmation of eligibility. Only Indian citizens or individuals who have migrated from Pakistan with the intent to permanently settle in India (or subjects of Nepal) are eligible, provided they obtain a certificate of eligibility from the Government of India.
The prescribed qualifications are the minimum required for consideration, and relevant experience will only be counted after obtaining the minimum qualifying degree. Exceptional candidates may receive relaxations in minimum requirements. The institute reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates for written tests, skill tests, or interviews based on higher qualifications, experience, or academic achievements. The institute may also reject any or all applications without providing a reason.
Shortlisting for tests or interviews does not guarantee selection or acceptance of the candidate’s conditions. Candidates must ensure all information provided in their applications is accurate, as any false information may result in disqualification. The institute will verify all submitted documents and antecedents; falsified documents or suppressed information may lead to termination of service. The institute reserves the right to correct any inadvertent mistakes in the selection process, even after issuing an appointment letter.
Candidates may submit testimonials from individuals familiar with their work and character. Employed applicants should provide testimonials from their most recent employer or immediate superior. The institute reserves the right to determine the mode of screening and testing for shortlisting and selection and may choose not to fill the position without providing a reason.
