We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real content. From posting: Job Summary (we can treat as About the role). Essential Functions (Responsibilities). Additional Functions (maybe also responsibilities). Minimum Qualifications (Qualifications). Supplemental information includes salary offers above minimum pay grade may be considered based on qualifications (Pay info? Not specific number). Also mentions benefits: Collier County BCC offers a variety of benefits to both regular full and part-time employees. For information, click here to view the comprehensive benefits package we have to offer when you join our team. That's benefits info but not specific details; we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It says offers a variety of benefits, but no specifics. According to rules: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state that they offer benefits, but not specifics. Might be considered stating benefits exist, but not details. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It states benefits exist, but not details. I'd argue we can include Benefits section with a brief statement that they offer a variety of benefits; but that might be considered thin. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Benefits section would be thin but still substantive? It says they offer a variety of benefits; that's substantive enough? Might be okay. Pay: "Salary offers above the minimum pay grade may be considered based on qualifications." That's not a specific number, but it's pay info. According to rule: never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state something about salary offers. So we can include Pay section with that sentence. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit Schedule. On-call work is a requirement: that could be part of Responsibilities or maybe Schedule? It's about on-call requirement. Could be included in Responsibilities. We need to remove boilerplate: application instructions, EEO, etc. Also remove the applicant notice questions (01,02,03) and the agree/disagree options. Also remove "Performs other related duties as required." maybe part of responsibilities. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract sections: About the role (Job Summary): "Analyzes, develops, programs, implements, and maintains software solutions and related systems designed to increase productivity, workflow, capabilities, efficiency and effectiveness of an assigned business unit’s programs, services and administration. Work involves meeting with users/customers, analyzing and defining system needs; developing software programs and applications; and implementing, documenting and maintaining applications and associated systems. The rule says use ul/li for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If we choose not to list, we are not violating because it's not a list. But we have many items; could be considered a list.
