Job Responsibilities
- Support the organization’s repository of operational software applications through best practices and management application vendors.
- Plan and coordinate processes for the provision of user applications and systems necessary for business operations.
- Guide and assist the user group on issues related to mission-critical information and software systems.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after hours and weekend support.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-4 years of a combination of industry education, training or experience preferred.
- Experience with Hospitality systems highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Pay
Base pay starts at $75,000- $82,500, with potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
