About the role
The L2 Application Support Analyst plays a crucial role in providing second-level support and business support for RevSpring's platform subsystems. They troubleshoot and assist with system issues, document processes, and implement improvements.
Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to internal and external customers, investigating and remedying issues on platform subsystems.
- Write SQL queries and utilize text search tools like Splunk for analyzing logs and databases.
- Maintain and enhance business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor the alert dashboard for system issues and address them or escalate as necessary.
- Document systems and processes, and suggest/implement improvements.
- Contribute to sales and business development efforts as needed.
Requirements
- Desired to write SQL queries and be familiar with text search within log aggregation tools like Splunk.
- Customer-focused, with excellent customer service skills and phone manners.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
