Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support for complex application systems with minimal guidance
- Resolve nearly all escalated support issues independently
- Conduct research to evaluate problem(s) and determine the optimal course of action
- Implement, patch, test and apply updates to complex solutions/applications
- Escalate issues to the appropriate party where required
- Partner with development and engineering colleagues and various business leaders to coordinate systems implementation and releases
- Prepare supporting documentation, including training materials and user guides
- Participate in post-implementation application reviews to ensure effectiveness, reliability, and compliance to the business
- Test new releases/products prior to installation
- Analyze problem trends and recommend solutions to management
- Provide direct assistance to users to resolve system problems and respond to questions
- Examine processes to determine opportunities for improved efficiency and productivity
- Maintain record of system requests and problems that occur (down time, system failure, error messages, and actions taken)
- Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans at the application level
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed
- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent relevant work or military experience
- 2 years of relevant experience
- A broad range of skills including: Scripting/programming (Python, SQL, Terraform, Powershell), Troubleshooting/problem solving, Server maintenance and administration, Application administration
- Experience with SaaS
- Preferred: Banking experience preferred, Encompass experience highly preferred (Encore, Originate, PayPlus), Google Cloud Certification

Schedule
The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST. Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to support project demands is expected.
Pay
The pay for this position is based on a number of factors including the successful candidate’s job-related knowledge and skills, qualifications, and prior experience. The standard pay range is $70,300 - $87,870 per year.
