Position Overview

Provide hands-on administration and support for Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity services in an enterprise environment, with a focus on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform. This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to support site architecture, permissions, workflow automation, and user adoption across Microsoft 365. The position also supports emerging capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot and Power BI, helping ensure users can safely and effectively leverage insights, automation, and AI-enabled features.

Required Experience

  • Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams, including permissions, site management, and collaboration features
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps) for workflow support and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation, including processes, procedures, and user-facing guidance

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, including report consumption, basic troubleshooting, and data access considerations
  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI-assisted productivity tools, including user support, governance awareness, or adoption enablement
  • Awareness of Microsoft 365 roadmap updates, service changes, and cloud feature rollouts
  • Experience supporting or partnering with governance, security, or compliance teams in a regulated enterprise environment
