Job Summary
The MR Application Specialist will support the customer service team with onsite and/or remote customer training and education, and application support. Successful candidates will demonstrate authenticity and integrity to build meaningful and lasting relationships with customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide customer consultancy and support in individual workflow improvements, including clinical education, parameter adjustments, and new method implementations.
- Process and resolve customer complaints remotely when not on-site.
- Deliver on-site application education, including demonstrations, updates, and upgrades for standard systems and applications.
- Support sales team with product demonstrations, clinical case study preparation, image presentation to clinicians/physicians, and coaching of new recruits.
- Develop and deliver application training courses on-site at customer locations or at United Imaging Headquarters and Training Center in Houston.
- Participate in the R&D/CRM process, addressing customer needs, issues, and providing troubleshooting expertise.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a specific or related field
Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a radiology technologist or radiographer in a healthcare industry/clinical setting
- 3+ years of experience as an application specialist in one specific modality field
- Experience in research or case studies involving similar areas is beneficial

Working Conditions

Education and Experience
- Preferred: 1.5T and 3T experience
- Travel: 75% with flexibility for higher commitments when necessary
