Application Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, Teams, or in person.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Work closely with QA/QC to validate product conformance by pneumatic testing, dimensional measuring, and visual inspection.
• Log customer interactions, feedback, and issues in CRM.
• Learn and understand the competitive landscape.
• Aid distributors in creating the most cost-effective solutions to meet their customers' needs.
• Identify opportunities for product or process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Ability to read Imperial and Metric measurements.
• Ability to use hand tools such as cordless drills, impact wrenches, tubing cutter, and miter saws.
• Capable of lifting 50lbs.
• Experience in the compressed air industry is a plus, but not required.
• Some travel required.

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn about the competitive landscape are essential. Familiarity with compressed air industry practices is beneficial but not mandatory. The ability to lift 50lbs and some travel are also required.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
