Responsibilities
- Assist customers with many of their day-to-day requests, including working with our customers to develop solutions within our product and service offering that best meet their needs.
- Coordinating with the outside sales force on customer requests, market demands, and emerging trends.
- Team up cross-departmentally to develop custom applications and solutions.
- Following-up with customers regarding active quotations and existing orders.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in project estimating, sales, and customer support.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings.
- Comfortable engaging via telephone, virtual platform, and in-person.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, profit, gross margin, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all the products CX-WA USA offers, and a good understanding of the applications in which they are used.
- Determine product needs and develop both parts and systems quotations in response to customer requests.
- Provide technical information (e.g., drawings) relating to quotations and customer requests.
- Stay abreast of major quotations, and work with outside sales force, Market Development Manager, or others as needed to put Conductix-Wampfler in the best possible position to win the business.
- Handle day-to-day customer requests, such as providing price and availability, and determining the status of quotes, orders, and shipments.
- Initiate involvement by technical personnel for more complex issues or product failures.
- Generate Engineering Requests for activities such as the creation of new part numbers and bills of materials.
- Maintain project status CRM to ensure timely processing and robust customer support.
Secondary Duties
- Routinely update customer records in Navpoint during and following customer interactions.
- Supports the Quality and EHS policy.
