Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis using use case diagrams and process flow creation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the software development lifecycle
- Facilitate discussions and meetings to gather feedback and resolve issues
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact
- Support product support efforts in a professional setting
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst role
- Strong experience in a software development environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile / Scrum and project management tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Experience successfully working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and demands with various priorities and deadlines
- Experience in product support in a professional setting is a strong plus
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study
