Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular, Node.JS, AWS CLI, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party UI libraries/services.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable front-end solutions for new development and enhancement projects.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while implementing unit tests and supporting test automation.
- Employ software development techniques to ensure tests are implemented in a way that supports automation.
- Elevate code into the development, test, and production environments on schedule.
- Provide follow-up production support. Submit change control requests and documentation. Resolve elevated issues.
- Deploy front-end applications across development, testing, and production environments. Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and participate in release and change management activities.
- Thoroughly understand software development methodology. Thoroughly understand development architecture standards.
- Train and mentor staff with less experience.
- Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout the life cycle to identify issues.
- Explain technical considerations at related meetings, including those with internal clients.
- Perform systems analysis activities.
- Maintain knowledge of organizational tools, frameworks, and technologies used across the application ecosystem.
- Understand business requirements and users need to deliver intuitive, high-performance user experiences.
- Participate in UI/UX design reviews, code reviews, testing activities, and sprint ceremonies.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and QA teams to identify and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of development experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
