Role: Revenue Cycle Application Analyst III Location: Rochester, MN (Hybrid, within 100 miles of campus) Department: Finance Key Responsibilities Configure and support Epic applications for business and clinical usersCollaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and implement system improvementsServe as a subject matter expert on applications and workflows, guiding process planning and implementationLead analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues, providing technical and functional solutionsDocument workflows, data, and technical issues; create and execute test scriptsTrain and mentor application analysts, promoting best practicesDefine and review business requirements to enhance organizational efficiencyAssist operational teams in translating policies into application specificationsAnalyze business needs, data, and workflows to solve problems and recommend solutions Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years or Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of experienceMultiple Epic certifications or relevant Intelligent Automation certificationsExperience with RPA platforms like UiPath and familiarity with LLM, NLP, AIHFMA certification preferred; automation development experience is a plusStrong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills Additional Details Full-time, exempt position Competitive salary with benefits Commitment to customer service, integrity, and team collaboration Equal opportunity employer, participating in E-Verify
