Responsibilities

• Technicians are dispatched remotely and routes are tailored to each technician’s capabilities and living area.
• Work orders are performed in the order that makes sense to the technician, based on their knowledge of the local area.
• Access to manufacturer technical support and tools.
• Support staff handles administrative tasks, allowing technicians to focus on repairs.
• The ability to earn as much as you can manage, with a focus on efficiency and production.
• A monthly bonus program for those who meet performance criteria.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about large and portable appliances, mechanical and electrical work.
• High mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in troubleshooting problems.
• Ability to lift heavy machinery.

Qualifications

• Independent ownership and operation of the business.
• All hiring decisions made by the business’s management.
• Direct applications sent to the business, not to external associations.
