About the role

This position is located off campus at a new Primary Care Clinic in Richmond, KY. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in the ambulatory care setting works in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in the primary care family & community medicine environment.

Responsibilities

• Works in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in the primary care family & community medicine environment.
• Develops a thorough health care plan for the patients seen in this space.
• Ensures an environment of safe quality care.
• Demonstrates advanced level of medical and nursing knowledge, clinical and technical competency, sound clinical judgment, professionalism as it relates to interpersonal and general communication skills.
• Takes responsibility for ongoing professional development and competency validation.

Requirements

• No experience required.
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C).

Qualifications

• MSN for Nurse Practitioners or BS for Physician Assistants.
