Schedule & Structure
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week) with paid time off
- Phase 1: Foundational learning & systems training
- Phase 2: Primary care integration with a partial patient panel
- Phase 3: Focused specialty rotations
- Phase 4: Independent practice managing your own panel (with full support!)
Eligibility Requirements
- PAs: NCCPA board-certified/exam registered & MA license eligible
- NPs: AANP or ANCC certified & MA license eligible
- All: MA DEA/DPH registration & prescriptive authority agreements
