Apartment Maintenance Technician - Westgate Landing

About the role

Tribute seeks a Maintenance Technician for their beautiful brand-new luxury property, Westgate Landing, located in Charlotte, NC. This position is ideal for someone with 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, including knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and a basic understanding of these systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: Maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the property.
• Handle general repairs: Ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Prepare apartments for new tenants: Create a welcoming and comfortable living space.
• Conduct preventive maintenance: Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.

Qualifications

• Knowledge: 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Hands-On: Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
• Certified: HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus.
• Schedule: On-call duty rotation required.
• Trustworthy: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Pay

The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $24 to $25 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
