Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Monarch Investment is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the team at San Rafael Townhomes in St. Louis, MO. This role offers a career opportunity with a company that values leadership, expertise, and a drive for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders efficiently
• Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on budget and planning
• Lead and implement a preventative maintenance program
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks)
• Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air systems)
• Strong leadership skills and experience supervising a maintenance team
• Hands-on skills in:
  • Drywall, painting, and carpentry
  • Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipe)
  • Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
  • Appliance repair (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.)
  • Water heater repair (gas and electric)
• Preferred certifications: EPA Certification, CPO Certification
• A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process
• Pre-employment background and drug screening required

Pay

• Competitive pay: $28.00 – $30.00/hour (based on experience)
