Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (dayshift)
• Full-time, year-round work
• On-call rotation: 1 week every 3 weeks

Pay

• $28.00 – $32.00/hour
• Yearly reviews for raises
• Quarterly maintenance bonus structure (up to $4,000/year)
• On-call bonus: $100/week with 1.5-hour minimum per call

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 3+ years in multi-family housing
• HVAC or EPA certification preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Skills in drywalling, painting, and carpentry
• Must pass a written skills maintenance test as part of the interview process
• Pre-employment screenings: criminal background check, drug screening, and valid driver’s license verification
