Apartment Maintenance Supervisor - 1111 Light/Heath

WPM is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the maintenance operations at 1111 Light Street and Heath Street Apartments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and general maintenance
• Manage unit turnover and move-in/move-out processes
• Oversee work order systems, ensuring timely completion and accurate updates
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
• Coordinate and schedule contractors, vendors, and third-party services
• Execute routine preventative maintenance to extend equipment and property life
• Collaborate with the Property Manager on project updates, unit turns, and work order progress
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational goals

Requirements

• HVAC Certification required, CAM-T strongly preferred
• Heat Pump experience required
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Superior customer service skills, with professionalism in handling resident concerns
• Comfort with technology and work order management systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential multifamily or facility maintenance

Pay

$36.00 hourly based on experience

Schedule

Monday–Friday, on-call availability required
